After Building Hours Rehearsal Room Reservations

Should the need arise for rehearsal after building hours, student(s) must coordinate with advising faculty. The advising faculty must submit the reservation request for the rehearsal space to the scheduling manager via email and be present for the full duration of the reservation. Faculty should have their University ID readily available as Security will request it during building closure rounds.

TAs have access to their office for after hours usage. Should they need a rehearsal space, they must also abide by the above policy.
