N/AMC’s former fling/situationship. Sweet and relatively emotionally regulated. A poorly paid researcher. Wants to reconnect in a non-romantic way.
Cortez30s-40sN/AThe MC’s landlord. Not a nice person and the MC really triggers them for some reason. Deeply unfulfilled for some reason. Has a temper in a chilling way. Must be comfortable with movement.
ComputerN/AN/ADry and over it. The AI connected to the time machine. MC’s work wife of sorts. Unwillingly fond of them.
SynopsisA twenty-something struggles to hold their life and the fabric of the universe together. In this hip-hop musical fantasia one Bostonian time traveler must pay their rent and not suffer an ego death. And maybe they fall in love…?

14MC2 emerges from the shadows and stabs MC like a hundred times. MC swings and makes contact, but it’s too late. MC fights for air but drowns in his own lungs. MC stops moving. MC2 looks up and smiles. He has a black eye. He drags MC’s body off.MC, MC2

MC and MC2 are alternate universe versions of the same person.

Should feel outlandish, almost cartoonishly violent.

23-24MC2 grabs the Caveman and covers his face with a chloroform rag. The Caveman struggles before collapsing. MC2 produces a Ziploc filled with a horrible goo from his pocket. He squeezes it into the Caveman’s mouth. Then he sits next to the Caveman. The Caveman groans. MC2 leans over him. The Caveman coughs up a wad of smallpox goo into MC’s face.MC2, CavemanInterspersed with Dialogue
34-35MC bursts from the shadows. He tackles MC2 to the ground. They struggle, completely equally matched. MC pins MC2, He’s holding a knife. MC buries the knife in MC2’s back. Beat. Time out. They stand, the knife jutting from MC2’s vertebrae.MC, MC2

37-38MC2 karate chops MC. MC Jengas to the floor. MC2 steps over to MC, grabbing his head, ready to deliver the finishing blow. Then, MC2 grabs his own throat. He claws. He can’t breathe. MC stands as MC2 collapses to the ground. It’s anaphylaxis at first, then it’s more. Unimaginable. Omnidirectional. Like every possible past and future for MC2 is suffocating. MC2 dies. MC drags MC2 off.MC, MC2

51MC shakes his head. Cortez approaches. MC kicks Cortez in the nuts. Cortez collapses. MC runs.MC, Cortez
56Many more MCs enter. They fight. They tear one another’s heads off. Hack one another to pieces. The dust settles. Only two MCs remain.ALLThis will essentially be a brawl between all the cast as alternate MC. Current plan for cast number is 6 but may increase or decrease.
